Tourist and business visas for Russia

Tourist visa

For maximum 30 days

• With single entry to Russia
• With double entry, if you intend to go twice to Russia within 30 days.

For making you a tourist visa, we need the following documents from you:

• The visa application form
• Passport (validity for at least 6 month after the travel period)
• 1 picture (not a copy)
• Copy of your living permit, B, C or L (for foreign citizens only)
• Copy of you health insurance card

Please contact us in advance and we will be able to advise you the optimal treatment duration (14 days, 7 days, 2 days, or express ½ day) adapted to your travel dates.

If you like to do an express treatment, please contact us one day in advance.

Business visa

From 30 days to 12 months

• For 3 months with single or double entry

For making you a business visa, we need the followings documents from:

• Visa application form 
• 1 picture (original)
• coloured passport copy (we need the original passport for the consular service)
• business card (if you do not have one, the firm name, address, your profession, phone number, fax number, e-mail address)

Additional documents

• If you do not have swiss nationality: the copy of your living permit in Switzerland
• For all 6 and 12 month visas: HIV test or confirmations letter of your company, that you do not stay longer than 3 month in Russia

Because we request the business invitations by the (Aussenministerium) in Moscow, the process for making a business visa lasts at least 1 week by express treatment and 5 weeks by a regular treatment duration. You can decide for the treatment duration of your documents by your own.
